What do I get?

No matter what package you choose, you get one user account with access to the full Accelereach application. For a detailed description, see the product page. You get to send as many messages as your package includes. If you want more messages without upgrading your package, you can purchase additional messages at 5 cents per message (not available on trial accounts).

What counts as a message?

Each text message sent to one phone count as a message. Thus, if you send a group text to a group of ten people, it counts as ten messages. Messages received from phones are free and don't count towards your message limit.

Are there other/larger packages?

There sure are, but you have to contact us to get them. In fact, larger packages are our specialty.

What if I want multiple users on one billing account?

We do offer multi-user accounts with admistrative controls that are ideal for companies/organizations, but you'll have to contact us to get them.

Can I cancel anytime?

We charge on a month to month basis, you can cancel at any time, but we do not give refunds for partial months.
